Holy – Hat

Holiness is important. God says we are and must be holy, just as He is holy. God’s holiness ensures love, mercy, and grace upon us. His holiness also ensures righteousness and justice in our lives. And we receive His holiness upon us and through us by receiving and believing in Jesus.

“But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, You must be holy because I am holy.”
1 Peter 1:15-16

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.”
Romans 12:1

“And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.”
Leviticus 20:26

“…Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious, and he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame. Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious…”
